These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ji77 ("the Platform", "ji77", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ji77 platform at ji77.im, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

ji77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ji77 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ji77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any secondary accounts identified will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. ji77 will not be held responsible for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player, including incorrect withdrawal destination details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji77 account credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.

ji77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

All ji77 accounts operate with a unified PKR (Pakistani Rupee) wallet covering casino games, live dealer tables, and the sports betting sportsbook. No currency conversion fees are applied on the ji77 platform for PKR-denominated transactions.

ji77 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

ji77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes via the platform or registered email address.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ji77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is displayed at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to real money upon satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through collusion, multiple accounts, systematically low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method deemed abusive by ji77 at its sole discretion, will have their bonus and any associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.

Free bets and free spins are promotional credits that may be awarded to eligible players. Any winnings generated from free bets or free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Free bets and free spins have a stated expiry period from the time of issuance; unused credits will be removed automatically upon expiry.

All casino games available on the ji77 platform — including live dealer baccarat, Andar Bahar, roulette, blackjack, and slot games — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. ji77 does not modify the underlying game logic or RTP (Return to Player) percentages of any certified game.

Bets placed before a suspension is applied will stand; bets placed during a suspended period will be voided and stakes returned.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the ji77 platform or its content are transferred to you.

Reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or any commercial use of ji77 intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any losses resulting from the player's reliance on the ji77 platform as a source of income.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside ji77's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

In all cases where ji77 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of ji77 to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the ji77 platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time. Players may close their ji77 account by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification.

ji77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ji77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to ji77.
• The player has been found to be under the age of 21.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ji77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Players will be informed of the outcome of any such investigation and their right to appeal.

ji77 is committed to resolving all player disputes and complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have a complaint relating to any aspect of your ji77 experience, please follow the procedure below:

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ji77 holds its international gaming licence. By using the ji77 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the internal complaints process.

ji77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ji77 will notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ji77 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
